An Artist Presents a “New Way To Texture Models” in Blender

Add-on Developer known as BeeBee 3D has introduced Stamp It, a novel texturing plug-in for Blender described by its author as a “new way to texture models”.

Compatible with Cycles and Eevee, the add-on simplifies the process of applying decals and PNGs to models by utilizing a “controller empty technique”, allowing one to add decals without adding unnecessary vertices. Furthermore, Stamp It introduces the ability to layer images, enabling users to stack multiple PNGs on top of one another within Blender’s material editor and easily adjust the order of layered images by manipulating the nodes.
