Simbithi artist Hayley Lombard hosted a textured succulent art workshop for 20 enthusiastic participants at the launch of the Artist’s Way Studio in Foxhill on May 9.
Guests spent the afternoon enjoying champagne, cake and creative connection as they explored colour, texture and light to craft their own vibrant masterpieces. The studio is based at the Sage Centre, next to Skyline Coffee.

Co-owner Claire Lewis said she had started the studio with her daughter-in-law in the hope that it would become a place where people are able to find community and reconnect with themselves through being creative.
“Our vision is grounded in the belief that everyone is creative – each person has their own artistic way, whether it’s through painting, styling, storytelling or simply showing up with heart. We hope this space reminds people that happiness is often handmade. Everyone has a creative voice worth expressing.”
